Ingredients:
Paneer (diced) - 250g
Byadgi chilli - 5 No
Maida - β cup (80 ml)
Corn Flour - ΒΌ cup (60 ml)
Salt - as per taste
Pepper - 1 tsp
Garlic (chopped) - 1 tbsp
Ginger (chopped) - 1 tbsp
Onion (diced) - 2 No
Capsicum (diced) - 2 No
Honey - Β½ tbsp
Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
Lime juice - 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup - Β½ tbsp
Spring onion - 1 cup
Sugar -Β½ tsp
Oil - to fry


Preparation Method:
In a bowl, add five red Kashmiri chilli (Byadgi chilli)
Pour some water and close the lid.

Later grind them to a thick paste




In another bowl, add β cup (80 ml) of Maida


Pour some water to make a thick paste.


Sprinkle Β½ tbsp of corn flour on the top of the paneer cubes.


Add the paneer cubes into the maida paste




Mix it well gently, until all the paneer gets well coated and close with the lid.




Heat the pan, and pour the required amount of oil
That's it. Your "paneer chilli dry" is ready.

In another pan, pour 1 tbsp of oil








Collect them in a bowl. Close with a lid and keep aside.




Turn over and fry till it turns golden brown. Once fried, remove it from the oil and keep it aside.
Turn the flame to medium-low. Cook till you can see the oil oozing out in the sides.


Add Β½ tsp of pepper and Β½ tbsp of honey


Tips:- Byadgi chilli is less spicy and adds rich colour to your food. It is a good source of multivitamins and minerals. It is also good for slimming down as it burns calories easily.
Keep aside and soak for 5-10 minutes.


ΒΌ cup (60 ml) of corn flour


Salt as per taste
Β½ tsp of pepper and mix it well.
Slowly drop the paneer cubes into the oil








Add 1 tbsp of chopped garlic and 1 tbsp of grounded red chilli paste




1 tbsp of chopped ginger and add little water.


Turn the flame high. Add two onions (diced) and mix.


Add two capsicum (diced) and mix.


Salt as per taste and mix well.




Add 1 tbsp of soya sauce, 1 tsp of lime juice,






Β½ tbsp of tomato ketchup and mix. One cup of spring onions.


Add the fried paneer and mix.


Add Β½ tsp of sugar
Mix it well and close it with the lid.
